The enclosed living room, dining and kitchen area can be easily transformed to an open space. Lots of light and warm colours ensure a comfortable feeling while relaxing on the couch area, having dinner at the table or cooking with your family/friends in the fully equipped kitchen. There is enough space for everyone to be together and just enjoy each other's company.

The 4 spacious bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms with outdoor showers, A/C, TV and safety boxes. Indirect lighting, wood and natural colours make sure you can fully relax when you need some privacy. Two rooms are situated right next to the stunning pool and offer an amazing view on the pool and lush nature.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The pool is stretching over 3 stories and ends in an amazing infinity pool: enjoy the view of lush green, banana trees and jungle. The villa is exclusively built in the middle of nature, with just one other property next to it. This ensures an amazing holiday experience while you are just a stone throw away from bustling Ubud centre.

Spend your day refreshing in the pool, tanning on the sun loungers, preparing your favourite food in the open kitchen or having a relaxed time in the lounge area.
Our team will assist you with any needs and wishes. The staff is visiting the villa daily to clean, please contact our butler to communicate about certain time frames if you wish more privacy.

Our team can also prepare breakfast for you or organise a private chef for lunch/dinner. Please contact our butler at least 1 day in advance to book food and discuss the extra costs that will be applied.
Furthermore we are happy to assist you with all requests like car/scooter rental, taxi rides, day tours, massage services, laundry or restaurant reservations.

VILLA WITH NATURE VIEW
You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.

Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.

Road paving is currently ongoing in front of the property. Please note that vehicles do not have direct access to the entrance door. A small road portion will involve walking on foot

All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « make a reservation » button.
