Bookings & Payments

There are two ways to reserve your stay with us:

  1. You can book directly with us to ensure you get the most exclusive deal. Use our secure payment platform, Xendit, which is easy to use and functions like any other modern payment portal.
  2. You can book through any of the third-party platforms we collaborate with, but please note that you might not get the best possible deal. You will need to follow their payment methods and terms and conditions.

 

All bookings require full payment in advance. With Xendit, our trusted payment platform, you can secure your booking effortlessly. We’ll send you a link to access the Xendit payment portal, where you can follow simple instructions to complete your transaction. Please note, there is a 3% commission for all credit card payments. Alternatively, you can pay through a wire transfer. 

The booking price covers booking fees, cleaning, linens, and concierge services at a discounted rate, providing access to a range of offerings including spa treatments, in-house yoga, personal chef services, babysitting, and other activities. Additionally, guests receive access to exclusive Bali guides, offering insider tips on how to make the most of your stay.

The booking is non-refundable and cannot be modified. Failure to arrive at your villa will be considered as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Yes, a security deposit is required based on the duration of your stay. The deposit can be paid via wire transfer or in cash, and will be returned upon check-out if no damages are identified. 

Certainly! You can extend your holiday as long as the property remains available. Alternatively, we will do our best to accommodate you in finding an alternative villa suited to your needs.

We would be delighted to accommodate you for a longer stay! Long-term rentals are occasionally accepted depending on the availability of the properties, except during July and August.

Unfortunately, we do not offer day use options. If you’d like to use the villa for the day, a one-night reservation is required. 

Our website offers the most exclusive rates available for your stay. Additionally, you can sign up for our newsletter to receive exclusive deals and travel inspiration.

To respect our existing guests’ privacy, we do not allow visits prior to reservation. All the details, pictures and villa features are displayed in our listings.

Check-In & Check-out

At most of our properties, check-in is typically between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Each of our villas is managed by a dedicated team. We will personally greet you upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. If your arrival or departure falls outside of our office hours, rest assured, we will always find a solution to accommodate you.

We have a database with detailed information for every villa. However, specific details such as the address, parking, and manager’s name will only be shared after a reservation is made and payment is received. Before that, our reservation team will be happy to assist and advise you with any questions you may have.

A cleaning service is included with your booking. Upon arrival, the property will be fully prepared by our cleaning team. We ask our guests to please respect the property as their own. In exceptional cases, extra cleaning charges may apply.

Amenities & Services

Each villa comes with a personal host dedicated to catering to your needs. Your host can assist with preparing simple meals, whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, at the cost of groceries plus a cover charge. Kindly note that you need to inform your host a day in advance. 

If you prefer a professional chef or catering service, we have trusted partners available for an additional fee. Simply request this service from your host a day in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you. Alternatively, our villas feature fully equipped kitchens for your use. We believe our kitchens will inspire the chef within you.

Yes, we can arrange floating breakfasts at an additional cost. Each tray serves up to four guests. To place an order, please inform the onsite staff no later than the morning on the day before. For guaranteed availability, kindly contact us immediately after your booking.

Yes, daily housekeeping service is provided for your convenience. To respect your privacy, please coordinate with your manager to arrange the preferred time for cleaning your villa.

Yes, towels, bedding, and linens are included! For stays of seven days and over, we replace the towels and bedding twice a week.

Yes, extra towels are available upon request. We change towels every two to three days to support our environmental sustainability efforts. If you require daily changes, there may be an additional cost depending on the property.

We provide laundry services through a third party. Please ask the staff for assistance. It usually takes up to 24 to 48 hours, and the price will be calculated per piece.

Not all of our properties are equipped with baby gear, but most of them are! If you ask us before your arrival, we’ll make sure to provide baby beds, high chairs and pool fences. Baby beds are travel cots with mattresses and sheets. Additional beds for adults or children are also available, though extra charges may apply.

All of our villas provide a steady internet connection. However, kindly note that occasional power outages may occur in some areas due to Bali’s tropical nature, which is out of our control and can temporarily affect internet service. We do our best to ensure any disruptions are resolved promptly.

Not all of our villas provide parking spaces. Please inquire with us before making a reservation, and we’ll let you know if parking is available and how many vehicles can be accommodated.

We offer simple decoration services such as flowers and balloons. Just submit your request to the manager before arrival, and our team will inform you about the costs and possibilities. Please note that stamps, stickers, or spiked items are not allowed in the villa for decoration as they may damage the furniture on site.

General Information

Each of our villa listings shows the maximum occupancy allowed. Please note that some of the villas are equipped with extra beds, but not all of them. That is why it is important to inform our reservation team of the exact number of people traveling with you. They will confirm if your entire party can be accommodated. Please note that any extra person or bed may imply an additional charge on your final bill.

The rental is dedicated to the guests staying on site. Any outside guests must be referred to our villa manager prior to entry.

While we adore animals, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate them in our properties. In our commitment to providing the highest standard of comfort for all guests, we have chosen to minimize the risk of potential allergies.

While accidents can occur, we kindly ask that you inform us of any breakage, missing items, or issues. We will assess the damage together. In the event of significant damage, we may request the replacement value.

All of our properties are smoke-free holiday rentals. Please use the designated outdoor areas and ashtrays provided. Smoking inside is strictly forbidden.

Most areas are serviced by Gojek and Grab in Bali. By pinpointing your villa’s location in the app, drivers should be able to reach you. In case you require any assistance, the team on site will know how to guide you. 

Parties are not allowed in the property unless approved by us prior.

Please provide us with details such as the type of content to be shot, where it will be published, whether drones will be used, and the number of talents/crew attending. After reviewing these details, we will inform you if this is permitted and potential associated costs.
