The rooms are equipped with everything you need and the design will make you feel comfortable straight away. The perfect place to take a break and have some privacy whenever you need it.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen is inviting you to cook, prepare drinks and juices or let our staff prepare a delicious breakfast for you (extra charge, please give 1 day notice).
The kitchen is enclosed and connected to the dining area as well as the indoor lounge area of this beautiful villa. You have enough room to socialize and spend time with your friends/family with a beautiful view over the pool and rice fields.

The highlight of this villa is the stylish outdoor lounge area, which is sunken into the pool. This will be your favorite new spot to read and relax or have some nice time together!

Our staff is coming daily to clean the house, please talk to our manager if you wish more privacy or have special time requests for cleaning.

car/scooter rental, taxi bookings, day trips, laundry, massages and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him at any time. A private chef can be arranged for lunch/dinner at the villa, please give a day notice so we can coordinate.

Guest access

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.

Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site.

All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « make a reservation » button.
