Each en-suite bedrooms offering direct access to the pool. All beds can be set up as king bed or two single bed for more flexibility. The inclusion of baby cot will please family travelling with children.

Your holiday at this villa includes services of housekeepers, get the whole family to name the fish in the koi pond, and enjoy dinner at the alfresco table for 8. Each bedroom is equipped with air con, smart TV and Wi-Fi.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The villa is open onto rice fields, If you wish to have a security guard patrolling during day or night we can provide one, please enquire for availability and rates.

Payment

To complete your booking, you will need to pay a deposit equivalent to a percentage of your rent (usually 50%). This deposit must be sent up to 3 business days after you agree to the rental agreement. The balance of the rent must be paid at least one month before the start of the rental period. Payment can be made via bank transfer or online (on request)
