Villa Eden

This exquisite villa boasts 4 large bedrooms of 23m2 each fitted with en-suite shower, and walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms come with king size bed (modular beds which can easily be split into two single beds to offer more flexibility for large group travelling), flat TV screen, air con and black out curtains.

One of the bedroom has a parental suite with a bunk bed (two single beds) and share bathroom between the two rooms.
So in total the villa can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children or teenagers.

All bedrooms overlook the rice paddies surroundings the property.
At the heart of the villa, you will find the kitchen and dining room spread over 100m2, all kitchen cabinet are made to measure and fitted with high quality appliances.
The villa is tastefully decorated; the furniture is uniquely designed and crafted by local artisans which makes this villa unique with a tropical modern vibe.

For total peace of mind during your stay you will have a Villa Manager at your entire disposition to cater for all your needs. Should you need to organize a day trip, a massage or rent a scooter, the Villa Manager is on hand to fulfill your desire.

To ensure your comfort during your stay our staff will be on hands for the maintenance of the villa and the daily room cleaning. You also have at your disposal all bath towels, pool towels, bed sheets, as well as all bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo etc)

Villa Eden has a twin villa, of 4 bedroom including one parental suite, next door. Both villas can be rented and can accommodate up to 16 guests and 4 children. Please send us an inquiry if you would like to rent both villas.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The villa is totally open onto the rice fields, if you wish to have a security guard we can provide with one for a small fee, please enquire for rates and booking.

Should you wish to dine in the villa, we will also be happy to arrange a personal Chef, from our trusted partner, to come and prepare a wholesome meal for you, at additional costs.

Guest access
The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others.
Please note as we don’t own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can’t do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.

Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.

All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « make a reservation » button
