The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa—making it easy to cook, eat, and relax all in one space. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the view and fill the room with natural light, while a built-in projector lets you wind down with a movie or show in the evenings.

Outside, a private pool sits at the center of the property, surrounded by timber decking, lounge chairs, and tropical plants. It’s a simple, relaxed space to swim, read, or enjoy a meal under the sun.
