The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need during your holiday to prepare your favourite food and drinks, while enjoying a nice breeze and views over the property. The dining and lounge areas are located just next to the kitchen in an open space. The perfect spot to relax and unwind, spend time with your loved ones and create amazing memories.

The rooms are located on both sides of the living area and the pool, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can be opened. This ensures plenty of air and light in your private space and beautiful views over the private pool and nature around. There’s no better way to wake up! Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV, A/C, safety box and ensuite bathroom. Designed with your comfort in mind, you have a space to calm down and enjoy some privacy when needed.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there’s no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The outside area offers not just a spacious infinity pool but also comfortable sun loungers to have some relaxing time. You will feel just amazing hanging around the pool area, overlooking the beautiful nature of Bali’s tropical flora and enjoying your day as you like it.

Our staff is coming to clean the villa daily and assist you with any needs. If you wish, our staff can prepare a fresh breakfast for you at the villa or a private chef can be hired for lunch/dinner preparation. Please contact our manager and give at least one day’s notice, extra costs apply.
Our manager will also assist you with all needs and questions that may arise, such as: car/scooter rental, taxi, laundry, day trips, restaurant reservations, massages and more.

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH JUNGLE VIEW
You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction.

Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.

Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host’s scope. No generator is available on site.

Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings.
