The first floor opens up into one easy flow. A living room with sliding glass doors folds back to open the space onto the terrace, or closes for an air conditioned, easy-going feel. It’s made for gatherings before heading out or winding down after a day at the beach. The kitchen sits right off this space, fully equipped and ready for anything from a quick coffee to a full dinner for the group. Beyond it, the terrace leads to the private pool, where the same minimalist palette continues under open sky. An extra guest toilet on this floor keeps things convenient without sending anyone up to the bedrooms.  

Head up to the second floor and you’ll find three ensuite bedrooms, each with its own character. The master bedroom is the largest of the three, with a private balcony, a long wood desk by the window, and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a bathtub. The two junior bedrooms are more compact, each with its own ensuite bathroom and a rain shower, no bathtub or balcony. All three rooms face the ocean, stay cool with air conditioning, and come with their own Smart TV. 

Located in Bingin, Uluwatu, close to some of Bali’s most sought-after coastline. It’s a short scooter ride to Nyang Nyang Beach, Nunggalan Beach, and Padang-Padang Beach. Well-known beach clubs and cafes like El Kabron, Ulu Cliffhouse, and Ours are close by too, with plenty more to explore across Bingin.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing.

The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have while you’re there. She can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, vehicle or scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch with her.
