The villa offers an indoor living space with kitchen as well as outdoor seating and pool loungers. The highlight of this brand new villa is definitely the amazing glass wall of the pool - did you ever dream of getting the perfect underwater picture? Dream no longer!

Huge glass windows enable the light to enter each bedroom and the enclosed living room/kitchen. Every ensuite bathroom has natural light too. You can admire the greenery and palm trees while mixing your drink in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen while daily housekeeping will ensure that you have the perfect relaxing holiday without any worry.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

Elegant chesterfield couches, wood and metal details paired with wall high glass windows, amazing pool and green nature - what else could you wish for.

Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, A/C, private bathroom, dresser and double/twin bed.
You have direct access to the pool, large glass windows and open showers. The space ensures your privacy in the spacious rooms and offers beautiful common spaces indoor and outdoor. The staff is coming daily to clean the house and pool, you can talk to the manager on-side if you have wishes regarding the timing.

Our manager and staff will give their best to make you happy and help you with every request. Bookings for massages, restaurants or taxis can be made by them. They will also have a lot of tipps about the surrounding area!

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner can be arranged on request, please give 1 day notice to the manager. Breakfast can be prepared by the staff onside, extra costs for the grocery and a tip for the staff applies. Lunch and Dinner can be prepared by a private chef, please contact our manager for details. 2 extra beds can be arranged on request/extra costs as well.

Guest access

A significant landslide occurred approximately 100 meters from the villa, making car access currently unavailable. Reaching the villa by motorcycle may also pose challenges. On-site assistance will be available to guide guests safely to the villa.

Due to the villa's new and remote location with a view of rice fields, the road access is not smooth. The narrow road, made of limestone instead of asphalt, may become muddy after heavy rain and has potholes. Additionally, there are no lampposts on the limestone road leading to the villa, making it dark at night.

If you plan to rent a car, please note that bringing a smaller car is advisable, as a larger vehicle exceeding the size of a Toyota Avanza may not be suitable for the road.

All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « make a reservation » button.
