The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains, air conditioning and smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is inviting you to cook or ask a chef to cook fresh in your villa.

This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze.

The surrounding countryside with its rice fields, villages and jungle offers many possibilities for exploration for nature lovers and little adventurers.

If you wish to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the villa, your chef will take care of you. The groceries will be an additional cost for the cooking service. The staff will take care of daily cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance. You will find all the amenities, linens and towels available during your stay.

Payment
All of our rates are non-refundable. The total cost of your stay is required upon booking. All payments can safely be made by credit card or bank transfer through our online platform by clicking the « make a reservation » button.

Guest access

The entire villa is yours during your stay.
Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life!

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION
As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night.

If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road.

VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW
As nature is integral to the villa, during the night, you may hear peaceful noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud.
