Villa Maje is ideally positioned between central Seminyak and Berawa/Canggu, making it easy to enjoy both sides of Bali without spending unnecessary time in traffic. Head one way for Seminyak’s restaurants, boutiques, beaches and iconic venues; head the other for Berawa and Canggu’s cafés, beach clubs, restaurants and nightlife. It is an especially convenient location for guests who want to experience both areas during their stay.

At the heart of the villa is an exceptionally large swimming pool surrounded by tropical greenery and open living spaces. The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing.

Other things to note

Kindly be aware that the rice fields in front of the villa are not under our ownership. Consequently, you may encounter local farmers passing by as they tend to their land. This is a natural occurrence beyond our control, and we encourage you to view it as an opportunity to gain insight into the local way of life.

Kindly be aware that the living room/common area is partially open, and as such, does not have air conditioning. However, ceiling fans are provided to ensure your comfort.

The parking space is designed to fit 2 medium cars.

Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.
