Inside, the enclosed living room connects easily to the dining area, with wood floors running throughout the space. It’s an easy space to work from in the morning and gather in the evening, with the kitchen close by and fully equipped for cooking daily meals rather than just holiday breakfasts. 

Outside, the terrace runs alongside the pool, framed by palms and tropical planting that give the space some shade through the day. It’s a good spot to slow down after a busy day, whether that’s a swim before dinner or just some time by the pool with family. 

Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own ensuite bathroom, finished in wood and stone with double vanities and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms are simply furnished but comfortable, built for actually living in over weeks or months, and each one opens onto its own private balcony, with glimpses of the beach and the waves rolling in, good for morning coffee or catching the evening air. 

Pererenan has become one of Bali’s more low-key neighbourhoods for longer stays, with a growing list of cafes, coworking spaces, and warungs within a short walk or scooter ride, alongside easy access to Canggu and Berawa for anyone wanting more variety. Babadan Beach itself is close enough to visit daily, whether that’s for a swim, a sunset, or just a walk to close out the day.

*** The villa does not have a generator, so in the rare event of a local power outage this is outside the host’s control.
