Villa Kiu is all about relaxed luxury. The property is made up of one main building, two bungalows, and a traditional open-air gazebo, all centered around a sparkling pool and surrounded by tropical greenery. The thoughtful layout offers privacy and space for everyone in your group, with plenty of common areas to come together and enjoy the Bali sunshine.

What makes Villa Kiu special is its five independent bedrooms, each with air-conditioning and its own ensuite bathroom. This setup is ideal for larger groups or multi-family trips, giving each guest their own little sanctuary. Two of the rooms are located on either side of the central Joglo-style living pavilion, a nod to classic Javanese architecture with its signature high wooden ceilings and open design. One of these bedrooms features a king-size bed, while the other offers two single beds—great for families traveling with children or friends sharing a room.

The three remaining bedrooms are tucked into their own buildings around the pool, offering even more privacy and a quiet space to unwind after a day exploring Seminyak.

The main Joglo living area is open-air, spacious, and beautifully styled with neutral tones, rattan textures, and local design elements. It includes a comfy lounge area, a dining table for group meals, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare snacks, smoothies, or full meals. If you prefer to kick back and relax, we can also arrange a private chef to whip up something delicious while you chill by the pool.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing.

The manager will also help you with any inquiries or needs you might have during your stay. He can assist with setting up laundry services, massages, restaurant visits, vehicle or scooter rentals, and more. Do not hesitate to get in touch with him.

Other things to note

Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

Car parking is not available at the villa. The parking space is designed exclusively for scooters.
