The layout includes one main building, two private bungalows, and a charming gazebo, all thoughtfully placed around the pool for easy flow and privacy. 

At the heart of the villa is the Joglo-style main building, inspired by traditional Javanese architecture. Its signature high wooden roof creates a grand and breezy communal space, where guests can relax, dine, and enjoy each other’s company. The open-plan living area features comfortable seating, a dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking—or opt for an in-villa chef to prepare something special.

The villa has five individually built bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Two bedrooms are located on the left and right wings of the Joglo. One features a king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom and the other includes two single beds, also with an ensuite, perfect for children or friends sharing. The other three bedrooms are located in separate buildings, giving guests their own private sanctuaries.

The traditional wooden gazebo just next to the pool offers a shaded space for afternoon naps, reading, or sunset drinks. WiFi is available throughout the property, and guests have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay.

Located in trendy Seminyak, Villa Hoi is just a short drive or scooter ride away from popular cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, and beach clubs. While close to the action, the villa maintains a quiet and private atmosphere, offering a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure.

The staff will come daily to clean the villa for you. If you let the management know at least a day in advance, they may also provide a delicious breakfast at the villa. You may also engage a private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, please ask our manager for options and pricing.
