Because of our tight relationship with our owners, our teams have been able to negotiate the best terms for each house in our collection for you.

Date changes are possible on all our houses.

For all bookings, date changes will be possible if you are unable to travel to the destination.

In order to cancel a booking made through our website, in-person, phone call or our partner channels, you must send to us a written notice of cancellation email as follows:

  1. Written notice to be sent from your registered email address (if any) to resa [@] alfredinbali.com.
  2. Clear instruction/request to cancel the reservation.

For all reservations originating from travel agencies such as Booking.com or AirBNB.com – such requests shall be made via respective partner channel only.

Please note, below general cancellation/refund rules apply to all reservations unless otherwise agreed in written between the Guest and the Operator. 

Request is received at least 30-nights prior to check-in dateRequest is received less than 30-nights prior to check-in date
Full Refund less administrative charges of  IDR 4.000.000 (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in (this does not apply to reservations made via Booking.com or AirBNB.com or other booking channels, as for such reservations individual policy applies)

*Operator reserves the right to keep security deposit / down-payment / reservation fee / rental amount against the cancellation to cover full charges as shown above.
