Bali is finally reopening

Dear guests of Alfred in Bali: The word is out..Bali is reopening to international travel.

Because we missed having you around for so long, Alfred has put together a little overview on everything there is to know for the best Bali holidays.

A little history first?

On October 4th 2021, Bali Government officials announced that Bali Ngurah Rai Airport in Denpasar will reopen to international flights from mid-October 2021.

But we were not out of the woods yet and no flights actually landed from that time. It Is only on Wednesday, February 16th 2022 that the first Singapore airlines flight landed in Bali.

And since then, things are looking way brighter!

Indeed, as of April 7th 2022 we can guarantee that quarantine, visa application and PCR test upon arrival are no longer mandatory in Bali.

You may now directly purchase you VOA (Visa on Arrival) at the airport and roam free in Bali after your flight.
