4 rooms are double/twin bedrooms with an extra room which is dedicated to the children. All rooms are offering a/c, safety box, en-suite bathroom and large floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors for natural light. You will feel comfortable straight away in a mix of traditional details and modern design, indirect lightning and comfy beds. You own space whenever you need some rest and privacy.

The large enclosed common area, on top of this multi level land, is offering a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with high counter, a dining area with space for everyone and a super comfortable lounge area with couches. From here you can overlook the whole property!
Modern colours and a wooden ceiling are creating an atmosphere to relax and just be in the moment.

The highlight of this villa is the large pool on the edge to nature with a sunken lounge area. Soak in the breathtaking beauty of nature around while having a refreshing dip or relax on one of the sun loungers around the pool. The sunken lounge area in the pool is the perfect place to come together with your loved ones. The indirect lightning under the seating as well as the pool lights are making it also the perfect spot in the evening - make sure to turn the lights on when it’s getting dark!

Our staff is visiting the villa daily for cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area. If you wish, they can also prepare breakfast for you. Please let us know a day in advance and note that there is an extra charge. A private chef can be organized for the preparation of lunch/dinner at the villa. Freshly made meals, high quality and no hustle of making them during your well deserved holiday. Please let us know a day in advance and discuss the menu as well as surcharge with our manager on side.

Our manager will help you with all questions and requests you are having during your stay. They will help you with car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, private drivers, massages, restaurants reservations and more. He knows all the tips & tricks you need and will help you to have the most amazing time during your stay at our beautiful villa.
